1 colher de chá de açúcar ou mel

E misturo.

①Aplicando o pó de cacau , prensando no   ② pão

①クリームチーズ 30g 

インスタントコーヒー 小さじ1/2

はちみつ又は砂糖を小さじ1

を混ぜる。

②食パンに①を挟みココアパウダーをかける
